ROUTINE DISPOSAL SCHEDULE
Unsuccessful Applicants – Application data will be destroyed 12 months after the application date.
Successful Applicants – Data will be held for the duration of your contract and in accordance with regulatory and/or donor requirements
Applicants moved to a Chemonics UK candidate database – Data will be held for a period of 36 months. After this time, we will contact you to check that you wish to remain on our database and also to ask for an updated CV.
